Editorial policy

This policy explains who decides what we publish, what we refuse to publish and how money is kept away from our conclusions.

Our purpose

trixinocasinogb.com exists to help adults in the UK understand one casino brand, Trixino Casino, well enough to make their own decision, including the decision not to play. We write analysis, not adverts. That means every guide sets out strengths and weaknesses, shows the reasoning behind any judgement and points you to the primary source so you can check it.

Who makes editorial decisions

Editorial decisions are made by our two editors, Owen Blackwood and Priya Shah. Owen leads on the review and on game and bonus guides; Priya leads on payments, withdrawals and safer gambling, and fact-checks everything. No commercial partner, including the operator or any affiliate programme, sees our copy before publication or has any say over it.

Independence from commercial links

We earn commission through partner links, as described on our affiliate disclosure. To stop that income shaping what we write, we follow a few fixed rules:

  • Verdicts are written from our review criteria, and the scoring is done before any commercial discussion, not after.
  • We publish the cons as prominently as the pros. A large welcome package such as 777% up to €7,777 comes with real costs in wagering and spending pressure, and we say so on every bonus page.
  • We never describe a bonus as free money, never use countdown pressure and never tell readers to deposit more to "unlock" value.
  • Partner links are labelled and marked as sponsored in the page code.

Licensing and regulatory claims

For UK readers the key question about any online casino is whether it holds a Great Britain licence from the Gambling Commission. We never state that an operator is licensed unless we can confirm it on the Commission's public register, and we never publish licence numbers we have not verified. Where we cannot confirm something, we explain how you can check it yourself, starting with the licence details in the casino footer. Our reasoning is set out in Is Trixino Casino safe?

Figures and terms

Offers and terms change, especially around a launch. We report the headline offers the brand advertises, such as the 400% weekly reload up to €3,500, but we do not publish exact wagering multipliers, withdrawal limits or processing times unless we have confirmed them in the current terms. Where we have not, we tell you to check the current T&Cs on the casino site before you deposit. That can feel less satisfying than a neat number, but it is more honest.

Topic selection

We choose topics by asking what a careful UK reader would need to know before opening an account: how the bonus really works, which payment methods fit UK banking habits, what identity checks to expect and how to judge safety. We also write explainers, such as how wagering requirements work or how game-show live casino differs from classic tables, because those mechanisms decide whether an offer is good value at any casino.

Updates and corrections

Every page shows an "Updated" date. We review the core guides at least monthly and whenever we spot a change in the operator's offers or terms. Errors reported by readers are handled under our fact-checking policy: we verify, correct and, where the change is material, add a short note saying what changed and when.

Responsible gambling in every guide

Each guide includes a reminder that gambling is for adults and should be budgeted like any other entertainment spend. We do not target under-18s or people who have self-excluded, and our responsible gambling page lists free UK support.

Use of tools

We may use software to help with spelling, formatting or checking links. Analysis, testing and conclusions are always our own, and every page is read and approved by a named editor before it goes live. Our wider rules are in our content standards and sources policy.
