Content standards

These are the rules every page on this site has to meet before it goes live, whoever wrote it.

Updated

Balance is not optional

Every guide about Trixino Casino sets out what is good and what is not. A 777% welcome package up to €7,777 is generous on paper and also comes with wagering, stake limits and a strong pull towards depositing more than you planned. A 400% weekly reload up to €3,500 can add value for regular players and can also keep people playing longer than they intended. We write both sides, every time. A page that only lists positives does not meet our standards, however accurate it is.

Plain English

  • We explain jargon the first time we use it. "Wagering", "max bet", "RTP" and "KYC" all get a sentence of explanation or a link to a guide.
  • We prefer short sentences, real numbers and worked examples over adjectives.
  • We write in British English for UK readers, using pounds where we talk about UK banking and euros where the offer is advertised in euros, and we flag currency differences.

Honest about money

  • We never call a bonus "free money" or suggest a casino is a way to earn income.
  • We never imply that a strategy can beat the house edge. Slot features, betting systems and "hot" games do not change long-run returns.
  • We do not invent wagering multipliers, limits or payout times. If a figure is not confirmed, we tell you to check the current T&Cs.
  • Where we model an offer, we show the working so you can change the inputs.

No pressure tactics

You will not find countdown timers, "only today" language, flashing buttons or claims that an offer is about to disappear on this site. We do not write copy designed to rush a decision. Partner buttons are clearly labelled and are never disguised as navigation.

Not for children, not for people who have self-excluded

Our content is written for adults aged 18 and over. We avoid cartoon-style hooks aimed at young people in our own copy, and while the Trixino brand uses a magician and rabbit mascot, we do not build content around it to appeal to younger readers. We never encourage anyone to look for ways around GAMSTOP or any other self-exclusion scheme. If you are self-excluded, please use the support listed on our responsible gambling page instead.

Regulation described accurately

We do not describe any operator as UK-licensed, safe or regulated unless we can verify that on a regulator's public register. We explain why a Great Britain licence matters and how you can check it, and we are open about what we have not been able to confirm. See Is Trixino Casino safe? for how we apply this to Trixino Casino.

No fake social proof

  • No invented player reviews, testimonials or star ratings from "users".
  • No fake awards, badges or press quotes.
  • No made-up win stories or screenshots.

Attribution and sources

We name our sources and link to them where it helps you, for example the Gambling Commission or a payment provider's own help page. Our hierarchy of sources is described in the sources policy. Every factual claim passes through our fact-checking process before publication.

Bylines and accountability

Every guide carries the name of a real member of our team and an "Updated" date. If a page falls below these standards, tell us at our contact page and we will fix it. These standards sit alongside our editorial policy.
